Workout Recovery Workshop

Alberta Bobsleigh has organized a Workout Recovery Workshop hosted by Adam Wood, the inventor of the Travel Roller. Adam will provide rollers to use during the workshop and will also be selling them at 25% off retail prices. Regular prices are $44.95 for just the roller and $79.95 for the Acupressure Kit (3 balls + DVD).

Where: Bob Niven's Training Centre Gymnasium

When: Wednesday July 27th 6pm-8pm

Cost: $15.00 (free for those participating in the complete ABA training program)

What to bring: dress comfortably ready to move and stretch
