NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Alberta Bobsleigh Association (the Association) will be held at Canada Olympic Park, 88 Canada Olympic Road S.W., Calgary, Alberta in the old Olympic Hall of Fame and Museum (located in the Frank King Visitor Centre/ the main day lodge) on Wednesday September 21, 2011 at 18:30 hrs for the following purposes:

1. To receive and consider the financial statements of the Association for the year March 31, 2011 together with a report of the treasurer thereon;

2. To elect four directors;

3. To conduct administrative changes to the by-laws if necessary;

4. To transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.

***Please note that to be elected or appointed and for the election or appointment to be valid you must:***

A. Be present at the meeting and not refuse to act as a Director, or
B. Consent in writing to act as a Director before the election or appointment ten days prior to the AGM, or
C. Act as a Director pursuant to the election or appointment
