Division 9: INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS

9.01

Except as provided by the Act, no member shall be entitled to obtain information respecting any details or conduct of the Society’s business which in the opinion of the Directors would be inappropriate in the interests of the Society to communicate to the public.

9.02

The Directors may from time to time, subject to rights conferred by the Act, determine whether and to what extent and at what time and place and under what conditions or regulations the documents, books and registers and accounting records of the Society or any of them shall be open to the inspection of members and no member shall have any right to inspect any document or book or register or account record of the Society except as conferred by statute or authorized by the Board of Directors or by a resolution of the members.
