BOBSLEIGH TALENT ID CAMPS
Spring / Summer 2012 (TBD)

These camps will provide participants with a brief introduction to the sport of bobsleigh and are the first step to being selected as a member of a Provincial, National or Olympic Team. They’re designed for males and females 16 years of age or older (if you are under the age of 18 you must have parental consent).

The following tests will be conducted:
15m, 30m, 45m & 60m sprints
Sled pull
Bench press (optional)
Front Squat (optional)
